The Etna dress is made exclusively after an order is placed and is individually crafted for each customer. This product is not kept in stock as a finished garment.

Production begins immediately after the order is confirmed.

Production time is approximately 4-12 business days.

Due to the individual nature of this made-to-order product, and in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the order is not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or return.

We can offer minor alterations to help achieve the best possible fit.

By placing an order for the Etna dress, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a garment made specifically for you on an individual made-to-order basis. Preparation for shipment takes 1 to 3 working days.

Poland: InPost Paczkomaty 18 zł / courier 20 zł (1–2 business days). Free shipping on orders over 1075 zł.

European Union: DHL courier 50–90 zł (2–5 business days). Free shipping on orders over 250 €.

Ukraine: Meest / Nova Post international ≈50 zł (3–6 business days). Free shipping on orders over 1075 zł.
